Hello! I’m Lauren, a UX Researcher passionate about understanding people and helping them thrive. Throughout my career, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding how users interact with products and new business ideas.

In the past few years, I've expanded my focus to include in-person events and immersive field research (ethnography). This gives me the chance to directly apply UX insights to live, real-world experiences, where digital and physical interactions converge.
